PRINTING UNIT: Top printing system, easy to view. Dust guards are provided around the anilox roll and the doctor roll to protect the rollers from damage. Sheet guide roller can be adjusted according to the sheet thickness. Dial according to the sheet thickness. Dial gauge roller with gear system is provided on the slide of the printing cylinder forward and backward.

FEEDING UNIT:

Kick feeding with vacuum assist. The sheet is sucked onto the feeding table by an adjustable sucking force. So that the sheet will be fed into the machine accurately. The upper feeding roller is grooved rubber roller and lower feeding roller is a knurling steel roller to feed the sheet smoothly. Two side gauges can be adjusted according to the sheet length. Two sheet stopping brackets are provided which can be adjusted according to the sheet length. Two sheet stopping bracket are provided which can be adjusted according to the sheet  thickness so that only one sheet can pass at a time. Sheet resting bracket are provided to pile the sheet. These bracket can be lifted when sheet is not to be fed.
